Update #1 (8/30/2024 2PM CST): Added two co-conspirators of TenStarResume, M Sharif Akbar and Muhammad Huzaifa.
Update #2 (8/31/2024 9AM CST): No content update, just wanted to add that Naseer has taken both RiNa Multimedia's site and his personal site offline by parking the domains. If I have any more info to add at this point it'll be in a new article.
I've seen a ton of posts from copywriter Jay Jones regarding a scam called TenStarResume Limited and its founder, Naseer Ahmed. As an aspiring cybersecurity professional who has enjoyed investigating scams and phishing in the past, I figured I would look into this a bit myself.
The Backstory
I don't know how long it's been, but Jay has been investigating TenStarResume for a while now. They are a scam resume writing service that has been accused of faking entire LinkedIn profiles with blurbs from legitimate certified resume writers to promote their service.
Naseer Ahmed (or Naseer Jatt, or a number of other aliases) from Pakistan is the primary operator of this scam. After being called out several times by Jay and other LinkedIn members, Naseer practically doubled down and claimed that Jay was basically slandering his name and organization.
I am here to provide some more information that I have uncovered as to who Naseer is, what he has done, and the number of operations he has tried similar to this.
The Website
TenStarResume's website is currently offline as of the time of writing. However, an archive allowed me to confirm that Naseer is indeed the operator of TenStarResume. I linked directly to the about page, in which Naseer left a Gravatar URL.

This Gravatar URL leads to a Maheen Jatt with the username wa7538199. When Googling that username, we can confirm that this is the beginning of the email [email protected] through a ScamAdviser link, and does indeed belong to TenStarResume and Naseer Ahmed.

I was able to cross reference this with the WHOIS data for tenstarresume.com, which is fully public and matches exactly the company data listed on this website (that is likely the source of this information.)
This lead me down a rabbit hole, which resulted in me finding one of Naseer's Facebook pages by googling his name "Naseer Ahmed" as well as the city "Rawalpindi".
The Numbers
The Facebook page led to a few things, including a phone number that is not used anywhere else. However, this gave me an idea to search TenStarResume on Facebook. This led to another page under the name Naseer Jatt, one of Naseer's known aliases. He writes about resumes on this page, and it is clear this might have been a former page for TenStarResume. And guess what proves it? Facebook's page transparency, which shows TenStarResume along with an older name RN Resume Writing Service.

Another thing of interest is the "Cricket24" name that the page was created under. Cricket is a popular sport in Pakistan, and this page was originally created as seemingly a page dedicated to that sport before being transformed into the resume writing operation.
Then, there was yet another phone number, +92 320 5288152.

Not expecting it to lead anywhere, I Googled it, and it led to Rina Web Solutions, a self-proclaimed WordPress development business. It contains nothing of particular interest, but it shows he has done more than just TenStar under this alias.
Coming back to the TenStarResume Facebook, one of the posts is liked by a Naseer Ahmed who lives in Islamabad, Pakistan and claims to be an "E-commerce Web Developer at Fiverr" and "Blockchain Developer at Upwork". While the profile is private, the friends list isn't, and we are led to three more Naseer profiles this way:

The first one is nothing important - a normal, locked Facebook profile. The second one is the same former TenStarResume profile. The third one is a new, public profile. Now, remember how I was talking about cricket earlier? This page contains a livestream of a pirated cricket game.

It is not even surprising to me at this point that a person who has been known to steal resume writers' entire pages is hosting pirated cricket streams on Facebook, linked to his real identity. Anyways, looking at this page's transparency data, it was created as RN Marketing Solutions.

I was not able to find anything on this organization, except for a dissolved organization in the UK Companies House - but I cannot confirm that it is even him, as the names and dates of birth don't even match from the two known organizations (there's another one that is about to go under - I will tell you about that later.) The timeline roughly matches up with the page creation, but I cannot prove for sure that it is his organization.
Anyways, bafflingly enough, he is following his real account on his pirated cricket streaming page, as well as a new page called Nastech.

This page, with the username wasebian65, has a Florida location, a US phone number, and a email ending in rinamultimedia.com. As I uncovered earlier, Rina Web Solutions was one of Naseer's company aliases. This website is still live, so I visited it and looked at the pages.
RiNa Multimedia
I immediately noticed the about page stated, "The RiNa Multimedia journey began in 2016 when two friends, Naseer Jatt and M.Sharif got together..."

Even more baffling is, when you use the WordPress search function to search Naseer, a page comes up naming Naseer Jatt as the CEO.

But when you click on the page, you instead get a complete biography for Mat Zalman, a former Booz Allen Hamilton partner with three decades of experience! Oh my, this is amazing, right? This organization is owned by someone who knows their stuff! Except, look a bit closer...

I was able to track this down to the theme he was using for this website, Tecnologia by VamTam Themes. Either he is lazy enough to not even change the theme he was using, or he is intentionally being deceptive by using the dummy biography that sounds cool. I won't make the decision here.
In fact, nearly the entire site is unchanged from the Tecnologia theme. Even some of the reviews are the dummy reviews from the Tecnologia theme, modified to say "RiNa Multimedia" instead of "Tecnologia".

That's just some of the reviews though. Another one was blatantly ripped from Solute Digital in New Zealand:

And so was this one:

This one was ripped from a review of Firefly Digital, another New Zealand marketing company:

This one, from Flight Digital, again in New Zealand:

I could go on, but I looked at quite a few reviews and tracked them all down to some sort of New Zealand marketing agency.
The Dead Company
As you may know, TenStarResume Limited was incorporated in the UK. It shows the officer as Naseer Ahmed with a DoB of November 2002. Well, guess what other career-related UK company does, despite it not showing you on the Companies House website?
Career Savers Ltd, which is about to be dissolved because of an overdue confirmation statement as of July 2024. A confirmation statement in the UK is basically an annual report. This means that Naseer has basically abandoned this company, probably in favor of TenStarResume. In addition, two months prior to the notice that the company will be dissolved soon, on May 2024, the company's address was removed from public records, according to the Companies House, because "the material was not properly delivered." I am no expert on UK law, so feel free to correct me, but I believe this means that the address he provided was not valid by Companies' House standards.
It's More Than Just Naseer
Naseer is not the only person involved in running TenStarResume. Remember "M Sharif" from RiNa Multimedia? His name is M Sharif Akbar and he is also involved in TenStarResume.
His Facebook page blatantly lists TenStarResume as well as RiNa Multimedia:

He claims the email [email protected], which, surprise... has been outed by Jay Jones before as a TenStarResume fake email. This basically definitively ties Sharif to TenStarResume as well.

This is not a one-man show, but even more than that - Sharif and Naseer are clearly collaborating, not only on RiNa Multimedia, but also on TenStarResume.
Yet another name involved in RiNa Multimedia is Huzaifa Khan, who directly links the site on his Facebook profile and one of his pages called Aram Shop. He is a friend of Naseer and Sharif as evidenced by his Facebook friends list.

His email is [email protected]. Googling the username thehuzaifa4 leads to a person named Muhammad Huzaifa on Twitter, and googling that name along with TenStarResume leads to a LinkedIn profile where he proudly boasts himself as a former "Lead Generation Specialist" for TenStarResume.

It is crazy how deep this rabbit hole goes. I didn't think I would have to update this blog, but I'm glad I took another look.
Conclusion
Naseer has a habit of stealing content, whether it be cricket livestreams, resume writers' biographies, or reviews from marketing agencies. Sharif and the others mentioned have done a decent job of hiding themselves from the spotlight, but overall did not have good enough operational security to completely conceal their involvement. Overall, I would not trust his services at TenStarResume, or any of his other organizations.
